"It was my personal joy to know Ron Dunn in the intimacy of brother to brother. He will forever live on in my heart and I am convinced he is being remembered as one of the great Bible expositors of our generation. Like righteous Abel, "though he is dead, he still speaks" through the thousands of books, tapes, CD's and DVD's which are resulting in a blessing to all who hear them. I look forward to seeing his warm smile and feeling his embrace in the future coming kingdom."

  O.S. Hawkins
President and CEO, GuideStone Financial Resources of the SBC

"Ron Dunn lived, preached, and taught what I call "muscular Christianity." He had been in the trenches and fought the battles, and he knew what it meant to meet the enemy head-on and live by faith. He offers no "three easy steps" to victory nor does he peddle simplistic prescriptions for joy and peace. If you want muscular Christianity that glorifies Christ and builds character, then you want the practical Bible ministry of Ron Dunn."

  Warren Wiersbe
Author and Bible teacher

"Ron Dunn was one of the most gifted men of our generation in rightly dividing the Word. His messages were profound and yet simple. They were well illustrated with personal application. Ron's messages and books were so Christ-filled that they will live until Jesus comes."

  Jimmy Robertson
Pastor of Milldale Baptist Church, Zachary, Louisiana

"Ron Dunn was one of God's truly unique preachers. Gifted with a keen mind and a focused heart, Ron Dunn gleaned diamonds from the mind of Scripture and held them out for examination in a way that is unforgettable. Of all the preachers I heard over the years in conferences, he is my favorite. You will find enormous blessing and challenge in his books and messages. Get his books, listen to his CD's and DVD's every chance you get. God will speak to you through this mighty man of God. Although his earthly life is now over, his ministry continues to make an impact for God around the world. I commend his messages to you with great enthusiasm.

A Note From Kaye

It is with great joy that I share with you about my marriage to Dr. Daniel Robinson, Pastor of First Baptist Church, Highlands, NC, on May 27, 2007, at the MacArthur Boulevard Baptist Church in Irving, TX.  My pastor, Josh Smith, married us at the close of the service in a beautiful and meaningful ceremony that was a surprise to everyone..

Several years ago Dan invited Ron to preach a Bible Conference in his church.  The next two years I accompanied Ron as he preached these summer Bible Conferences in Highlands and was privileged to get to know Dan's lovely wife, Gwynne, and their children, Charis, Zach and Seth.  One year after Ron's death, Gwynne went to Heaven.  Our condolences eventually led to a wonderful friendship that culminated into a growing relationship over the past four years.  We know that we want to spend the rest of our lives together serving the Lord.  Dan has a pastor's heart but also is dedicated to missions and serves often in Africa and other countries.

I am living in Highlands but will be traveling often between Texas and Oklahoma seeing Kimberly, Stephen and my mother.  My NC address is 80 Ridge Lane, Highlands, NC, 28741.  I would be delighted to hear from you.  The LifeStyle address will remain the same.

Two weeks after our marriage we made a mission trip to North Dakota and the first of September we will be leaving for three weeks in Uganda where Dan will be teaching at our Southern Baptist Seminary there.

Joanne and I will continue to work on LifeStyle as usual.  Pray that the Lord will give continued guidance in every area.  Continuing Ron's ministry is important to Dan, as well as Joanne and me.
